3) Legal adviser — higher education and work experience;

4) Leading Accountant of the Accounting and Reporting Department — higher education, with work experience, experience in the power system for at least 5 years;

5) Leading Engineer of the national dispatch center — higher education and work experience of at least 3 years in the power system;

6) Engineer of the national dispatch center — higher education and work experience of at least 3 years in the power system;

7) Engineer of the central relay protection and automation service — higher education and work experience;

8) Head of the first department — higher education and work experience, experience of at least 5 years;

9) Head of the Department of economy and social development — higher education and work experience;

10) Specialist in procurement of hydraulic fracturing — higher education and work experience;

11) Deputy head of the Department for attracting investments and implementing investment projects— higher education and work experience;

12) Head of Localization and Cooperation Relations Department — higher education, experience of at least 3 years, knowledge of English;

13) Chief Specialist of the Transformation Implementation Department — higher education, experience of at least 5 years, knowledge of English;

WORKING CONDITIONS:
