Financial Management Specialist (FMS) will enter the Project Management Unit (PMU) and will responsible for ensuring the readiness of financial, accounting and internal control arrangements for project starts, activities and milestones. A PMU Financial Specialist will be also responsible for implementing system of financial management for stocktaking and controlling usage of borrowed funds, grants issued by IFIs and etc. and the funds of JSC National Electric Grid of Uzbekistan, to ensure appropriate monitoring and giving recommendations to PMU management regarding availability and expenditure of financial resources of the World Bank, JSC National Electric Grid of Uzbekistan.
