Information on the international audit on the consolidated financial statements for 2023, prepared in accordance with IFRS requirements by the Department for the Implementation of International Financial Reporting Standards of JSC "National Electric Grid of Uzbekistan."

In accordance with the Presidential Decree of the Republic of Uzbekistan No. PP-4611 "On Additional Measures for the Transition to International Financial Reporting Standards" dated February 24, 2020, JSC "National Electric Grid of Uzbekistan," under the leadership of Chairman of the Management Board Dadajon Aynakulovich Isakulov, carried out extensive work in collaboration with "Ernst & Young" LLC during 2019-2021, resulting in positive audit opinions.

As of the end of 2023, JSC "National Electric Grid of Uzbekistan" became one of the first companies in the energy sector to fully implement consolidated financial statements according to International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and to conduct its audit, receiving a positive opinion.

The audit of the consolidated financial statements under IFRS by the experts of the audit company "Ernst & Young" LLC covered the period from February to the end of June of the current year.

It should be noted that receiving a positive audit opinion on consolidated financial statements under IFRS for five consecutive years is an important step for the further development of JSC "National Electric Grid of Uzbekistan," including obtaining an international credit rating.
