1. Rules for the Use of Main Electric Power Networks:

2. Application Form for “Connection to the Transmission System”:
In accordance with Chapter 2, Paragraph 2 of the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan No. 338 dated June 15, 2024, legal entities wishing to connect to the main electric power networks are required to submit an application for connection to the transmission system.

3. Open Letter to Design and Contracting Organizations:
Paragraphs 54, 85, and 92 of the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan No. 338 dated June 15, 2024 stipulate that studies related to connection to the transmission system, the development of a connection project, and the execution of works for the expansion and reinforcement of networks and systems at the connection point shall be carried out at the expense of the User. These works must be performed by a design or contracting organization authorized by the Transmission System Operator.
The list of design organizations is approved by the Transmission System Operator in coordination with the System Operator and is published on the official website.
