A tradition has developed in the Joint-Stock Company (government bodies and organizations), including local governments, to introduce a system for assessing the effectiveness and efficiency of work carried out in the field of ensuring transparency in their structural divisions, institutions, enterprises and organizations, as well as bodies subordinate to them, at the end of each year, and to publicly publish final reports.

For example, at the suggestion and initiative of the Information Service of the Joint-Stock Company, a series of reports entitled "YIL SARHISOBI" (ANNUAL REPORT) has been published since 2019. It summarizes the activities of each main department, division, department, service and branch managed by the Joint-Stock Company and communicates them to the media and the general public for the year.
