ANSWER: In accordance with the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan, the State Unitary Enterprise “National Dispatch Center” was established under the Ministry of Energy.

The Center is part of the structure of the Ministry of Energy. The Ministry of Energy is the founder of the Center. Regional departments and territorial divisions included in its structural structure carry out their activities on the basis of documents developed by the Center and approved by the Ministry of Energy.
