The issue of conducting an electronic survey (once every six months) on issues of public interest in the activities of a joint-stock company, including the work carried out to ensure openness, is currently at the stage of technical development. In addition, since the joint-stock company does not carry out direct communications with consumers in accordance with its area of ​​​​activity (does not provide services, does not conclude contracts), the questions and answers of online surveys overlap with the questions that fall within the competence of a similar organization in the electric power industry — the joint-stock company "Regional Electric Networks".

Currently, due to the technical impossibility of conducting online surveys on the official website, the "Online Consultant" section has been added to the main page of the site, with the help of which questions from site subscribers are answered online. In addition, the "Online Resume" section has been added to the "Vacancies" section of the site, where the HR department will accept resumes from candidates wishing to apply for vacant positions.

There is also a tradition of conducting an online survey via the official Telegram messenger on issues of public interest in the activities of the joint-stock company, including the work done to ensure openness, and the results are published on the official website.
