Today, a significant meeting was held at JSC “National Electric Grid of Uzbekistan” under the leadership of Deputy Chairman of the Management Board Akbarkhon Yuldashev, with representatives of the international rating agency S&P Global Ratings – Mr. Mikhail Davydov and Mr. Aleksandr Gryaznov. The main coordinator and analyst Ms. Anna Brisinets also participated via video call. This meeting, organized under the agreement signed in September 2025, marked the initial stage of the company’s credit rating review process.

During the visit, S&P Global representatives reviewed the company’s financial condition, investment activities, liquidity indicators, as well as its role in the national energy sector and sustainable development strategy. The session was held in an open Q&A format, where analysts received detailed information about ongoing issues, future investment projects, and the company’s CAPEX approaches.

Representatives from Finasia Capital LLC also took part in the meeting, presenting proposals to further strengthen the company’s rating and enhance investor confidence within the Eurobond project framework.

At the conclusion, both sides discussed future cooperation plans, strategies to improve the rating assessment process, and measures to strengthen the international image of Uzbekistan’s energy sector as a reliable and sustainable partner.

This meeting marked an important step toward increasing international trust, transparency, and operational efficiency within JSC “National Electric Grid of Uzbekistan”.
