JSC “National Electric Grid of Uzbekistan” (NEGU) hosted a meeting with a delegation of the Asian Development Bank (ADB).

The discussions focused on prospective areas of cooperation for 2026, including the development of energy infrastructure, enhancement of network efficiency, and the introduction of digital technologies in Uzbekistan’s power sector.

NEGU management expressed appreciation for ADB’s long-standing and productive partnership and emphasized the importance of expanding cooperation to support the sustainable growth of Uzbekistan’s energy system.

Both sides reaffirmed their commitment to strengthening collaboration and coordinating efforts in implementing joint initiatives in energy efficiency and renewable energy integration.
