Information on measures taken by the Council to ensure openness, combat corruption, and improve the performance of the government agency (ensure openness, transparency, and accountability to the public, hear reports on the implementation of objectives set under state programs and other documents, study the experience of similar bodies in foreign countries, and develop proposals for improving internal documentation and operations) is provided to the media and the general public on the official website and social media.

Information on the Public Council's participation in covering meetings, press conferences, and briefings of the Joint-Stock Company, as well as information on the openness and transparency policy, is recorded by the Joint-Stock Company's Compliance Service and posted on the official website by the Information Service.

This activity is regulated by a local regulatory document of the Public Council of the Joint-Stock Company. Detailed information is provided in the following appendix (Charter).
