In accordance with Presidential Decree No. PQ–4611 dated February 24, 2020, “On Additional Measures for the Transition to International Financial Reporting Standards,” extensive work is being carried out at JSC “National Electric Grid of Uzbekistan.”

Notably, under the leadership of the Chairman of the Board, Mr. Dadazhon Aynakulovich Isakulov, one of the world’s “Big Four” audit and consulting firms – Ernst & Young LLC – has issued unqualified (positive) audit opinions for the company’s financial statements for the years 2020–2024.

The publication of the IFRS-based consolidated financial statements for the first half of 2024 is a significant step aimed at enhancing the investment attractiveness of our company.

At the same time, in the context of the rapidly developing energy sector of the New Uzbekistan, bold strides are being taken toward sustainable financial management, the recognition and practical application of international standards in green economy, ESG indicators, and the pursuit of international credit ratings.
