Abdumalik Abdusalimovich was born in 1984 in the Pskent district of the Tashkent region. He graduated full-time from the Tashkent State Technical University in 2005, and received his master's degree in 2007. He is a graduate of the Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
A.A. Nazirov began his career in 2002 as a controller and electrician for the Pskent district power supply company, Tashkent Regional Electric Grids. After graduating from university in 2006, he worked as an electrician and engineer at the Central Electric Grids.
From 2009 to 2014, he was the head of the energy sales service group at Tashkent Regional Electric Grids JSC. From 2014 to 2016, he was a student at the Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan. From 2016 to 2018, he was the Director of Finance, Economics, and Electricity Sales at Tashkent Regional Electric Grids JSC. From 2018 to 2019, he was the head of the Energy Regime and Loss Control Department at the Uzenergonadzor Inspectorate. In 2019, he was the head of the Department of Operation and Strategic Development of Main Electric Grids at National Electric Grids of Uzbekistan JSC, and subsequently, the head of the Department of Electric Grids at the Ministry of Energy of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
Prior to his appointment as Chairman of the Board of National Electric Grids of Uzbekistan JSC, Abdumalik Abdusalimovich served as the First Deputy Chairman of the Board for Operations at National Electric Grids of Uzbekistan JSC.
In 2025, Abdumalik Abdusalimovich was approved for the position of Chairman of the Board of JSC National Electric Grids of Uzbekistan.
